"This is a beautiful home with poor customer service. They do not return phone calls. There are amenities at the home that are not allowed to be used by the guest. There is a coffee pot in the room with no water, cream or sugar. One of nights there was no air conditioning and the room was unbearably hot. Breakfast is served at 830 and there is no flexibility in offering an earlier time for early flights. Even the option of coffee or tea was not available. I have stayed at a lot of B&B. This owner does not get the concept of a B&B. B&B are about interactions between guest and owner. Overall this is poor operations. Very nice decorations but a very unfriendly and unaccommodating atmosphere."
