"Staying here was an absolute delight. Great location 5 min walk to bus stop and supermarket. Beautiful apartment with excellent kitchen, washer dryer (all in one), upstairs toilet and ensuites for both bedrooms downstairs.
Comfortable, modern, clean. There were even extra touches with a lovely Xmas tree and decorations in the apartment.
Great place to stay for families extra bed available for upstairs lounge room as well.
Highly recommend this property! "

"Located in a quiet area outside Bath, probably 25 minutes walk to the centre. The staff is friendly. We did enjoy our breakfast on both days, it was one of the best breakfast we had. Cooked to perfection. The room is big enough. We had a really comfy bed. Nothing to fault at all. "

"Fabulous location overlooking the valley. Staff food and rooms are all great.

"Located in the beautiful Cotswolds lies this accommodation. Run by incredibly friendly people.
Parking was easy. The room we rented was spaciou and well maintained. Especially considering the building is quite old.
It’s not a hotel. You’re staying in somebody’s house. Entering through a side entrance, passing eggs for sale. Having to remove your outdoor shoes when going upstairs. It all adds to the experience of what’s it like living there.
We had a great time and definitely recommend staying...

"A lovely stay here. It was my mums 85th Birthday and they upgraded her room to a huge suite which she was most pleased with.
Very quiet hotel. Lovely bar and restaurant. 10 minutes by car into the city…Baths famous traffic didn’t really materialise for us which was also a relief."

"Fabulous stay, short walk over the park to the village centre for shops, pub and several dinkng options.
Great continental breakfast with vegan options too.
Shower was good with hood water pressure, bed comfy and new and clean linens.
Parking plentiful and wifi signal was good too.
Woukd defjnitely stay again when in Bristol working.
Glad they've kept as many as the original features as possible.

"Room very pleasant with large comfortable single beds
Lovely shower room/shower. No space for a couple of hanging hooks but used the ones in the room
Out of the 3 mornings 2 of the breakfasts were very busy which made it a bit of a battle to get a seat/table. We went later on the 2nd day and that was so much better and enjoyable. The 3rd morning we had to go earlier again as we were leaving and clashed with a big crowd again.

"This was a fun property to stay at with a great pub attached and a lovely cafe/breakfast area for guests with delicious breakfast choices. The location was super handy for walking to all the Bath attractions. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating was that our room faced the street and it was very noisy with passing trucks."

"Our stay was perfect and we look forward to staying there again. They were in the process of renovating some parts of the hotel when we stayed there and we were able to stay in one of the new rooms. It was fabulous. The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel is walking distance of the Roman baths and the Jane Austen center and a lot of great restaurants and shops. "
