The unit was as described in the listing, it was great to have a parking spot, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and timely. The location is wonderful - just across the street from Battery Park. We walked through the park and down to The Skinny Pancake for a wonderful breakfast after a light overnight snowfall. This unit worked perfectly for our family that includes a teenage son and teenage daughter (who did not want to share a room or bed), and we would definitely stay here again if our daughter decides to attend UVM.
