"Hi place is clean however they need to have room fragrance our room had cigarette fume, obviously our sense of cigarette smell is very active because we don't smoke, smoked person was in the room not smoking in there. Kettle tray only has 1glass and 1 cracked and chipped mug, yet is 2people sharing NO beverage sachets so what's the point of having the Kettle. New linen is needed so as the towels. "I regret booking this place, it’s very dull and needs a lot of maintenance, the wardrobe was outside our room, how in earth do you expect people to keep their clothes in the wardrobe placed on a passage where everyone has access on? There was no dustbin in our room and the toilet, I was not even told where the kitchen was, I booked for 2 people, but there was one glass, one towel for the entire 2days.
