"Well when we got there we were given the wrong key card twice, so we had to walk back and forth between the room and the office with all of our luggage twice before getting the correct key card. Then we found multiple hairs in one of the two beds. Thank goodness the second bed was hair free."

"I feel completely duped and irritated by this property. Not very well up kept. Could hear lots of loud patrons. So much so someone in the hotel called the police for noise. We were charged on rate on the first night and then charged another price on the second night. How does the room go up by $50 in one night for the same room that was not even cleaned or worth an up charge? I will never stay at this property ever again. What a scam."
