Lovely modern hotel with excellent amenities. Room was really spacious and bright with lots of storage space. Reception staff really friendly and helpful as were the restaurant staff. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious, breakfast was included and was equally as good, all fresh produce and big portions. Staff excellent too. Niggles during our stay: room should have had a relaxing seat and small table, shower whilst on first appearance was modern and big needed a really good clean!!! There is absolutely no excuse for dirty grout and soiled silicone sealant - just clean properly with a brush!!!! Noise was agony in the corridor outside late night loud people and then 6.00, 7.00 in the morning. Suggested to reception that a polite notice is placed in the elevator and halls to be respectful of noise!!! Some people just like the sound of their own voices!!

Unexpected parking charges at check in. $22 per day. Must use parking or will have to park next to drug addicts because the entire building is surrounded by transient people. It is not in a good neighborhood. Price for hotel is way too high for the neighborhood. We love this hotel & have been coming for years but do not feel valued as customers.

My stay at the Delta Marriott was fine. I enjoyed the out door pool and my room was totally fine. My issue is with Expedia not the hotel. I had originally booked this hotel via the Expedia app and had booked for three nights. After one night my plans changed and I needed to amend the reservation and cancel the last night of my stay. As it was well before 24 hours prior to the last night the hotel staff said it was no problem but I needed Expedia to email them confirming my change request. I contacted Expedia via the customer service number and after several hours on hold I was told by them that they could do nothing and to talk to the hotel again? This poor customer service communication was incredibly frustrating to deal with and they seemed incapable of performing a simple request. They simply would not call or email the hotel as the hotel had requested and gave me conflicting information from that of the hotel booking manager. In the end the hotel only charged me for two nights as I had requested. Two days later I received an email from Expedia saying they tried and failed to get cooperation from the Delta hotel to amend my reservation which was an outright lie. I will not book again through Expedia as they are not trustworthy.

The front desk staff (particularly the evening team on July 17) were incredible. They went above and beyond to make my children and me feel welcome after we were evacuated because of nearby wildfires. Their kindness, compassion, and genuine care turned an incredibly stressful situation into one where we felt safe and supported. I am so grateful for everything they did. Parking: We arrived with a vehicle packed full for our road trip, and the staff took the time to ensure we had a parking spot where we felt comfortable leaving it. Their thoughtfulness and attention to our peace of mind were deeply appreciated. Bar: The poolside bar service was quick, friendly, and efficient. The pool and hot tub were immaculate and the perfect place for our family to relax and recharge. They were exactly what we needed after an emotional few days.

Stayed two nights and they never cleaned our room, even after i called around 4pm saying we ran out of towels and toilet paper and trash overflowing. They asked if my do not disturb sign was out, as if it’s my fault. Sign was never put on for the whole day.

Property was easy to find. Parking on premises. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Restaurant was adequate. Could have a little more choices . Coffee bar adequate. Could have a supply of fresh baked goods as well discovered outstanding fresh bakeries in the area. Room excellent. Beds comfortable, bathroom very clean. Too recommend. Excellent stay.

The person checking us in charged an extra security deposit per room to my credit card. She said it was for security deposit and will be refunded when we checked out. The next day, we had a different staff check us out and she said the deposit is just on hold, so no need to process any refund. Now when I check my credit card the extra deposit per room (we had 2 rooms) where processed and not refunded. Now I have to spend time chasing the refund.

Be advised they charge for on site parking. You can park on the street but it’s a little tricky. We found a couple of excellent restaurants walking distance from the hotel.
