"New and clean hotel with a great view of the Sapanca lake. Breakfast was sufficient but not like advertised in the pictures. Tea was not drinkable unfortunately, I hope they change this. Jaccuzi available in every room like shown, and you really get what you paid for. During snowly days the roads are very dangerous. You should to take go to the end of the street to take the least steepest road otherwise the car won't go. Highlight were the staff who are always available to help and super kind and friendly. They make the experience amazing."

Found another hotel at a better price. New and nice. We went back and picked up our luggage and left. We contacted Hotel. Com. They contacted the hotel but they said it was too late for a credit. "
