The hotel is amazing - with one caveat. The decor and design is modern and clean. The food is great and the facilities are numerous. The only problem I had was the confusing decision of the management to charge us a HUGE SUM for accidentally breaking a decorative piece. It was completely an accident and any other hotel wouldn't even charge for it, nevermind asking for an amount similar to the cost of a night in one of the biggest rooms. That's not good service and it bothers me days later.

Odalar temiz ve ferah. Sabah ve akşam açık büfede çeşitler oldukça yeterliydi. Özellikle öğle çay saatindeki pasta ve tatlı çeşitlerini çok beğendik. Asansörle doğrudan spa ve havuz katına inebilmek büyük bir kolaylık sağlıyor. Spa alanı gayet yeterli; birçok imkân ve farklı masaj seçeneği mevcut. Ayrıca otelin ormanla iç içe yürüyüş parkurunun olması, yürüyüş yapmayı sevenler için güzel bir detay. Ayrıca maç yayınları veren bir spor bar bulunması güzel bir olanak. Kokteyl ve diğer alkollü içecek çeşitleri de mevcut, akşamları keyifli vakit geçirmek için iyi bir alternatif sunuyor. Eksik olarak ise standart kulvarlı kapalı bir yüzme havuzunun olmaması üzücü. Ayrıca odalardaki televizyonlar büyük olmasına rağmen Apple Screen Share ve Smart TV uygulamalarının bulunmaması günümüz standartlarında biraz eksik kalmış. Genel olarak dinlenme odaklı bir tatil isteyenler için güzel bir otel.

Alles wunderbar ausser Vitamin bar ist nie ein Personal vorort, mussten immer wieder lange warten bis Jemand uns bedient. Es steht zwar einen Telefon zur Verfügung um anzurufen dass Jemand kommt aber ist ausser Betrieb gewesen. Turkish Hamman aufjedenfall zu empfehlen bei Alive Spa.
