"Unfortunately, I had a room with a very bad smell of damp and there was lots of mould all over the walls and ceiling near the windows.. other than this, it was ok"

"My wife and I over a four night stay were able to review a standard twin room and a room with the sleeper sofa. Though compact, the standard room was functionally adequate. The larger room was much more suited to our requirements with regard to space. Both rooms were clean and well presented. The breakfast presentation was very good and worthy of top marks. Location is great for access to the beach, just make sure you enter your car registration at the desk asap. The two main drawbacks were: A. The use of “econoflush” toilets which flush very poorly. Nothing can be done here as the toilets appear to be standard throughout the hotel. B. The room safe in both rooms had the hotel security code at the factory default setting. So, anyone setting their security code on the safe would be under the illusion that their items were safe. In truth anyone could open the safe with the default ‘00000000’ entry. This needs addressing. C. The above observances reported to the member on duty at the time was met with mostly a dismissive attitude."

"Great location and free parking. Room was a good size and clean with a great view, although decor & furniture a little dated. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful, but not enough on duty, especially late evening at the bar. Breakfast was good and plenty to choose from. Would stay again if in the area"
