"The Prince of Wales has bus-stops immediately outside the building and it is located opposite the entrance to Osborne House. Our breakfasts were generous in terms of portions and any extra requirements arrived swiftly. Our room was very good value and it was very quiet. Two minor issues with fixtures were resolved quickly and cheerfully. We did not have a car during this visit, but the bus journey from the East Cowes dock took only a few minutes on the local bus service. Great value , great location, and helpful staff."

"Probably the nicest holiday let we've ever had!! Dan was so very helpful, and he communicated well all through the process. The house is gorgeous! Simply gorgeous. Everything we needed was there. Plus more! And the location was perfect, a short walk from the town along the beach walk.We loved it so much, we're looking at when we can come again!"

"Really lovely place to stay, lots of nice features - honesty bar with QR code to pay, with range of products including Champagne, also similarly, drinks in room and snacks. Visually, very well designed, boutique experience. I booked late at night after cancelled ferry and was contacted by owner immediately with information re stay."

"Absolutely loved the quirkiness of staying on a houseboat. It’s modern and well maintained, in a fantastic position on the marina which catches the evening sun. Well equipped too. We stayed Monday to Thursday in June and there were barely any other people in the marina so it was very quiet. Location is perfect for exploring the island in any direction,"

"Overall it was very good accommodation was generally good could do with abit more on cleaning especially the kitchen utilities had to wash sharp knives b4 use left very dirty also coffee machine had to have a good clean b4 use.owners very quick on rectification if hot tub not heating up was there within half hour of contacting them. But would definitely use again."
