  • Classic Hamptons shingled traditional style home is completely inviting and impeccably maintained. Beauty and function are well served from the fully equipped kitchen in this charming and perfectly proportioned four-bedroom, 2 story home. Additional bonus features include a fully finished lower level recreation room with large screen TV, pool billiard, wet bar, trainer bike, and a full bath. The landscaped gardens and lawn are lush and the backyard is completely fenced.

    The eat-in kitchen opens up to a modern dining room seating 6 - 8 guests. Central to the adjacent cozy living room is a Norwegian cast iron wood stove. The master bedroom with a king-size bed, master bathroom and en-suite walk-in closet complete the first floor.

    Floor-to-ceiling windows/doors open up to a large cedar deck - overlooking the beautiful backyard and pool area with 6 chaise lounges. On the deck, a dining set and a generous lounge corner are inviting for BBQs or just chilling.

    On the second floor, 3 bedrooms each with queen-size beds and one full bathroom with glass shower are perfect for a family vacation with kids.

    This pet-friendly house is situated on a very quiet side street close to East Hampton Town, Sag Harbor, and the beautiful ocean beaches. The famous Round Swamp Farm market stand is only a short distance away. Take the bikes and enjoy the lovely bay beaches - offering stunning sunsets.

Markus is an outstanding host and adds a personal touch to the experience. He was readily available via text and gave great recs for the area. He has a beautiful property that is close to everything in the area. The backyard is spacious and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Place was great for our summer getaway, Markus was very communicative on getting us setup. Pool and backyard is definitely set beautifully with comfortable seating. One note, there is not a bathroom on the first floor not attached to the master, that would be my only caveat to being perfect. Otherwise it was a wonderful trip.

This classic Hamptons/Springs House is a true gem. It has everything you would ever need for a wonderful stay. On top of everything, the hosts were beyond helpful and accommodating. Everything was as presented, and was absolutely perfect. The house, itself, is a classic Hamptons shingled summer house. Exactly as described. We would be so happy to return at any time. Thank you, to the hosts, for a wonderful week. I give the listing my highest recommendation. A perfect summer house.

This home was amazing!! It was fully stocked. Markus was the best host we have ever had. Very quick to respond to anything. The garden with the pool was amazing. We spend many days and every evening enjoying this beautiful setting. The location was perfect. All recommendations were great. We loved Wolffer vineyard. I would definitely return here for another stay. The time went way too fast. Thank you for everything.

Fun family week in the Hamptons

My family and I stayed here this summer. We all had a great time, Markus was very responsive and hospitable throughout our stay. Great location, very close to town. Backyard/pool/ bbq/ ping pong/ was a major highlight. Overall awesome experience, would definitely book again.

We were so happy with our recent stay. The house was wonderful — clean, stylish and equipped with everything we needed. July Stay - Great!

We had a lovely family stay i this July. Marcus the owner was there to greet us and was available for any questions along the way. The pool and yard are by far the best part! We are admittedly hotel snobs but the home was kept very clean and had everything we needs to cook breakfast daily and beyond if we had desired. Lovely stay.

A fun July 4th vacation

We came for a few days over July 4th and the property was as described. The house and backyard are comfortable and well-maintained and the house was stocked with all essentials.The pool was clean and well-cared for. This was a family trip with adult children and two small dogs Everyone had fun!

Amazing Hamptons Vacation

My family had a fantastic stay here. Markus was a great host. The home is quaint, very cozy and extremely clean, with lots of room. The backyard was lush and serene, and we loved the pool and outdoor shower. The kids had a blast swimming with the pool toys and we had everything we needed from beach chairs to board games. I miss it already. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Our family recently had a fantastic stay at this lovely home. We spent a week and couldn’t have been happier with the location and beautiful setting. The house is in the middle of everything, easy to get to East Hampton, Amagansett, and Sag Harbor. It was clean and comfortable, was well stocked (we cooked a couple of dinners at home and had all the tools we needed), and had plenty of space for our family of 4 and two dogs. The best part of the house was the backyard - with a great outdoor living space, a beautiful pool and plantings, and quiet privacy. We spent a lot of time out there! Markus & Kathrin were great hosts, providing us with a ton of useful information about the area before we arrived and were readily available to answer any questions that came up during our stay. We would highly recommend a stay here!

Wonderful week in East Hampton

This is a lovely property -- my family and I had an amazing week. The best features of the house are definitely the pool and deck, outdoor grill. The outdoor shower is a great bonus, too! The house itself is very nice; the rooms and bathrooms are generously sized and well equipped with the essentials. The kitchen is also totally outfitted with everything you need. Markus clearly takes great pride and tends to every detail of the property -- he even welcomed us personally on the day we arrived. I highly, highly recommend this rental and we will be staying there again!

Family reunion

Marcus met us at the house and showed us around. He is a wonderful host and wants to be sure you’re having a good time…which we did. The house was a perfect size for the six of us but 8 would have fit correctly as well. The highlight was the pool and the outdoor space which is beautifully landscaped. It’s also fenced in so if you bring a dog you don’t have to worry. We highly recommend this property and Marcus was also a bonus.

Great Vacation Home in the Hamptons! July 2023

We had a wonderful stay in this Springs/East Hampton home. Marcus and Katrin are amazing hosts and very responsive and helpful! It is a lovely home - updated, clean & comfortable. The house had all the ammenties needed for an enjoyable stay. The outdoor space was awesome and we loved the pool! We had our dog with us and the fenced yard and walkable neighborhood was perfect. As this was our first time visiting the Hamptons, we found this home to be centrally located to all the beaches, restaurants and shopping in the many different towns/villages. Perfect Week-Long Stay for Family

We had a wonderful week stay at the house. Markus was incredibly easy to be in touch with before, during, and after our visit. The backyard and outdoor seating were both really well taken care of and we enjoyed hanging out there together. The house was spread out enough for a family of four plus a spouse and a friend. The bathroom in the basement and the space down there wasn't the most conducive to hanging as a group, but the living room into the kitchen certainly was. Beach chairs and pool floats were greatly appreciated. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available to us. Would highly recommend!

Perfect home for sweet family time

This home was perfect for our family vacation - our adult kids joined us, plus two grand babies under a year... the back yard took everyone's breath away and was the ideal back drop for making memories. The pool was amazing! We started our days with coffee on the deck and ended with long dinners overlooking the yard and pool. Late nights were spent around the pool table.... So many spaces for gathering and fun! Markus was available but we didn't need him as everything was just as described! The home is in a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to many restaurants and shopping in both east hampton and amagansett... we also took an easy drive to montauk one day. Our dogs loved the walks around the neighborhood and the expansive backyard as much as we did :) Thank you for a terrific stay... We'd love to come back!

Fantastic Stay in EH

Markus was an incredible host. He made everything seamless for us from check in to check out. He checked on us throughout our stay and was responsive to everything. I don't think I have come across a host that is so attentive and cares so much about his guests experience. We left a few things behind which Markus shipped to us. The property was great, very spacious and had everything we needed for our week in EH. The pool was a lot of fun to sit by and the grill and deck were a great place to have breakfast and dinner every day. The property even has bikes which we rode to the nearest deli every day to get lunch for the beach. Overall, such a fantastic experience and we look forward to renting again next year. Very nice house; great owner

We stayed at the property for 5 nights. The house is as presented and is immaculately clean. Markus was terrific, giving us all the information we needed and was available to answer any questions. The house has window air conditioners, which keep the house comfortable but turn on and off to adjust the temperature. The backyard and pool are very nice, although our 4 year old grandson thought the water was cold (the pool isn’t heated) and he got a couple of splinters from the wood deck. There are a number of floats and other pool toys, which is great. It was very relaxing each day to sit outside for breakfast and lunch. The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to East Hampton. It was a very nice way to spend a vacation in the Hamptons.

Family Friendly Stay with Great Pool - Close to East Hampton Village

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable rental in Springs, and it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of perfect! The pool was the highlight of my stay. The crystal-clear water and comfortable poolside furniture provided endless hours of relaxation. Whether it was a morning dip, lounging in the sun, or an evening swim, the pool was a dream come true. The variety of pool toys added extra fun and kept us entertained throughout our stay. The location was incredibly convenient. With easy access to East Hampton Village, we enjoyed exploring the charming shops and dining at delicious restaurants. The nearby beaches were breathtaking, providing picturesque views and a serene atmosphere. Being close to both the village and the beaches was a major plus! Cleanliness is always a priority for me, and this rental surpassed my expectations. The house was spotless upon arrival, from the bedrooms to the bathrooms and the well-equipped kitchen. The accommodations were outstanding. The beautifully decorated house had a warm and inviting ambiance. The cozy bedrooms ensured a restful sleep, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. Beautiful home, Great Hosts

We rented this home for a week for our summer vacation with our two little kids and dog. (The house was pet friendly!) We have rented homes before and often they’re not as pictured, but this home was exactly as pictures and described. It’s located in The Springs of East a Hampton, so the neighborhood is more residential and charming, away from the Hamptons hustle and bustle. The home was very clean and so charming. This owner, Markus, communicates with us a few days before and sent us the house guide, which was very helpful, so upon arrival it was clear what to do and how/where to find things in the house. The house is spacious and has a beautiful pool and deck for outside entertaining, which is where we spent most of our time. If we had a question, we could text or email Markus, and he responded immediately with an answer/solution. He was a very helpful host, and lovely to work with. The house is close to Two Mile Harbor beach and Main Beach, so we spent evenings there with the dog off leash. Also close to Montauk and Sag Harbor. It is very conveniently located. It’s also 5 min from our favorite farm stand Round Swamp Farm, and there is a market and wine store close by if you need anything. My family and I felt so comfortable in this house. We really loved it more than anywhere we have stayed in the past, and I can’t say enough nice things about Markus. He was so professional and really cared about his house guests, checking in regularly and offering things to do for the kids on rainy days. We highly recommend this home for your next Hamptons stay. We will most definitely go back!

Catching the end of summer

We had a lovely stay with our baby and pup. Caught the tail end of summer on this beautiful property. Markus is a exceptional host and very responsive.
