"I initially booked a single room go myself. There were a couple of issues with it, but after explaining what the issues were to the reception staff, she apologised and immediately upgraded my room. The room I was finally given, happy to say, was clean and very comfortable. I had a full English breakfast and the staff were very courteous and polite. So all in all, I was very happy with my stay! I believe that if you are not happy with your room, report it immediately! The Hotel don't want bad reviews And 9/10 of them will sort it out immediately once they know what is wrong. Happy customer, Happy hotel!!!"
