"The place was not the cleanest. The bed is very hard and was a double which would have been nice to know in the listing but it doesn’t say what size the bed is. It is a louder place with people above you with kids running and people walking around. There is also a hot plate in the place but a sign that says you aren’t allowed to cook only heat things up. Overall the place was okay and the host was responsive but I would not recommend this place."

"Stayed 2 nights Would definitely stay again Was great to have access to laundry room Very quiet except could hear people walking upstairs Very clean and host was excellent"

"We loved it here! Adorable place to escape after a long drive. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need. We hope to be back soon! Carla the host, is absolutely wonderful and so responsive! Thank you Carla!"

"Truly exceptional accommodations in a serene environment. I can’t wait to stay here again!"

"Comfortable"

"Avoidable disruptions, misleading descriptions, and a host who took no responsibility, all majorly reduced the quality of our stay.Mislead on the number of bedrooms: there are 5 bedrooms, not 6. One of the bunkbeds is in the downstairs common area.Mislead on the number of beds: Main floor kids room says 1 single bunk and 2 single beds. Not true, there is only 1 double bunk bed.Other guests surprise! Day of arrival the host said "There will be guests at the cottage during your stay. Please...

"Excellent host. The studio was very clean with everything I needed, including laundry. Good location. Walking distance to the ferry terminal to Halifax. Highly recommended!"
