"Don't expect a 5-star hotel and you'll be happy. My wife and I were looking for a cheap room for a couple nights while we enjoyed the city. It was a perfect room for our needs. Sure its bare bones with a tiny tv. But we weren't in NYC to hang out in the room. The AC worked. The place was clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. This was exactly what we were looking for. "
