Staff is always fabulous. Rooms are always comfortable & clean. They do their best to give you specific rooms if requested. We stay there at least once a month, & we will stay again when in the area.

Clean & comfy rooms, lots of hot water, and the staff is amazing. They do their best to honor requests for roon placement due to mobile impairments. We will stay again in the future.

Always a great choice. Staff is AMAZING. Rooms are nice & comfy. Lots of hot water. And they are very helpful with making sure the room meets our accessibility needs. Will ALWAYS stay here if in Syracuse.
