"My wife and I are on a trip through 5 Asian countries and our time at the Jaya house was the absolute best hotel experience! The hotel is a beautiful oasis, and the staff could not be more attentive to their guests. There are so many little touches that make the experience exceptional - I highly recommend passing through Cambodia to see the ancient history and the Jaya house is the place you need to stay during your visit!"

The location was also less convenient than we had hoped, as it’s a bit far from main attractions. Additionally, the photos online make the property appear more modern than it is in reality."

"The place is not as described. There is no restaurant or roof top bar or room service or even working televisions. The suites are not serviced you have to ask for everything. Loved the bed and the room itself too bad as it coukd be grand! "

"The room was in good condition. The pool has many tiles missing and is in need of repair. The hot water takes a LONG time to get warm. Like a really long time. The safe malfunctioned but thankfully the staff was great and helped me get my documents out. "

"Everything was first class. From the moment I booked the rooms I was contacted by the hotel manager Mike and he was able to make arrangements for transport from the airport to the hotel and back. In a large SUV that we needed. Also booked a tour guide and the SUV to visit the temples and that was a day that I will remember for life. Amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful with a rooftop pool and breakfast down in the lobby area. The check in was flawless as the driver called in advance to let them know we were on our way. I will absolutely rate this a 10/10 place to stay. "
