"Spa - barely call it that. Spa staff were rude, unhelpful and unprofessional Bar staff was polite but slow in service. Good choice of drinks . General areas were relatively clean . Rooms were the best bit, spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable beds ."

"We had a really lovely stay. The Hayloft had everything we needed, including extra touches in the bathroom & kitchen. It is perfectly situated for Wickham Market, just a short walk to the local pub & Indian restaurant. "

Warm welcome from owner on arrival.With warm evening, I took the opportunity to sit out on patio. The property is a maisonette so some noise from above. But this did not affect our stay. Excellent location for Southwold, Aldeburgh, Framlingham and Woodbridge. Ideal property for our two small dogs. I recommend property if you after are somewhere secluded."

"Lovely location and very spacious, let down by cleanliness and lack of basic maintenence. Broken bathroom/toilet door bolts, weeds growing through patio together with loose paving slabs sticking up causing a potential trip hazard. Place was full of cobwebs and spiders and overall quite dirty. Kitchen was dark due to a few lights not working. The stable doors couldnt be half opened due to lower bolts not lining up. Very basic jobs that wouldn't cost much to do but would leave a much better impression. When you are paying 1500 a week you expect it to be on point. Unfortunately it wasn't. "
