"I have very rarely had a bad stay at a HI Express, and this was no exception. The entire hotel looked and smelled so clean, the room was fresh and bed very comfortable. the breakfast is always outstanding as well, really appreciate the variety of offerings, very convenient and delicious."

Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and comfortable from the moment we arrived.The kitchen and dining room were standout features: fully equipped and made meal preparation both easy and enjoyable. The layout of the home worked very well for our family of seven, providing ample space without ever feeling crowded.Access to the property was simple and seamless, and the location was ideal—close to walking trails and nearby attractions, which made it easy to explore and unwind.The host was warm, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process, which added to the overall positive experience.We would absolutely stay here again on a future visit and highly recommend it to others."

"The property was very clean, well-stocked, and in a great location for privacy and pleasant views. The check-in process was excellent and smooth. We enjoyed the hot tub, which was clean and working well, and all bathrooms and appliances were in excellent condition. The reason for four stars rather than five is the issues we had with wifi streaming on the television. We had connectivity and buffering problems throughout the stay, both using a Roku device and when going directly through the installed apps on the TV itself. Ultimately, I had to run a personal hot spot, which was inconvenient and costly.This was a significant issue for our group, which spent a lot of time relaxing in the home. If you do not plan to use the TV streaming much, then it's a problem you could disregard. The only other con I would list is that one bedroom is right next to an AC unit, and the regular noise/buzzing from that is audible in the bedroom. Light sleepers should take that into account. "

"Everything was super easy with this property. It was clean and a lot bigger than we expected. We stayed for a lacrosse tournament. What’s really fantastic about this property is the common area. If you are traveling with multiple families this would be an amazing place to stay and really take advantage of how great unique this property is. "

"Beautiful, historic, perfectly sized for our needs. That sums it up. Overall, my group of 6 adults quite enjoyed our stay at Nancy's place in Niles. Check-in directions were clear. The house was clean and the kitchen stocked. A lot of rentals I have been to say they have cookware, and it's bare bones. There are plenty of dishware, utensils, staples (like salt, pepper, even flour), and a coffee maker (SMEG brand!). And we had coffee on the counter as a gift from our lovely hosts. We had to reach out once to our hosts - a tornado warning in the area required us to head to the basement, a part of the house not typically open to guests (yet). Nancy understood and responded, hoping we were all safe. The hot tub was great, too. Due to the historic nature of the house, the hosts installed Bryant wall heating/AC units; they were easy to figure out and use. Thank you for a great stay and hosting a lovely home base for our adventures through the area. I'd recommend this location to any group wanting a high-quality rental and historic charm."
