"The AC/heat is not adjustable for temperature, only air volume, so some people may find it too warm. The men’s bath is much nicer than the women’s, (says my wife). I was very happy with the pools on the men’s side. I tried both the Japanese and Western breakfast set meals and found them both very tasty."

"A truly unique and calm stay. The staff and amenities were as advertised and they have an amazing buffet breakfast that you must try. My room was clean and I had my own bathtub with termal water in my room. Its in a great location with the museum of glass very close by! I'll be staying here again. Thank you for the wonderful experience."
