"The location of this hotel was very convenient to all sorts of activities in Osaka, and liked the quick walk to restaurants and transportation. The only two draw backs were the noise from over-active street racers at night and the beds. The beds were quite firm (hard) and the pillows were tiny but hard as well. These could be improved upon. The room was well appointed otherwise and felt spacious. "

"We had paid for breakfast each day with last entry being 9:30 with 10am close. We came down at 9:20 and there was no coffee, no orange juice, no croissants very very limited and the staff started packing up around us with still 25 mins to go. Hotel very dark as well "
