"The staff was inconsiderate. While assisting me with check in. he stop assisting me to check out someone who was behind me. A man just smacked his room keys on the counter and the staff ran over to assist him. The man was very rude when I asked him why did he cut in front of me. The staff just simply I'm sorry. I soon realize that it may have been a racial thing and part of the cultural."

"Room was beautiful with great views of the city. Cleaned and well stocked bathrooms. House keeping butler and conferee were top of their game. Really enjoyed the lounges and restaurant as well. "

"The only draw back is that even though the bathrooms have a good size, the shower are minuscule. It is almost impossible for an average size person shower without hitting the sides or the faucet. "
