The building is a bit old, but I like the space and kitchen. I still don’t think it is a 4 stars hotel. It should be 3 because soundproof isn’t good, not suitable for family with smaller kids or baby.

A very well equipped apartment. We stayed as a couple in the studio on the top floor and had glimpses of the sea looking north. I would highly recommend it for the location, very central for all the attractions and it is within reasy reach of multiple bars and restaurants. On the negative side, it is surrounded by dumsters at the back and the street had lots of litter, so not the prettiest of positions from that perspective. The bed wasn't a king size which was a little surprising for a 4 star rating, also it felt a little stark. A few more pictures/ Wall hangings would give more of a 4 star vibe.
