The apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay to ensure your comfort.

Please note: Use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited. This apartment is not suitable for children or babies.

Leith is a lively port district, popular with both hip creatives and longtime locals. The Shore area is dotted with waterfront seafood bistros and traditional pubs. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Easter Road bus stop is only 2 minutes from the door.

The nearest tram station, Balfour Street, is just a 7-minutes walk and goes directly to the airport.

Edinburgh Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note there is free parking along St Clair Street.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time between 3pm and 10pm.

We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
