Shops restaurants and railway station closeby. Easy to walk to main attractions. Building is old and creaky. We could hear it creaky alot of the time which didnt make sleeping easy.

Great location and value

Very cool décor and great breakfast space. Super conveniently located to both Old Town and New Town. Close to public transit – especially airport tram and bus connections. Close walk to all of the main sights. Rooms were small but quiet with surprisingly thick doors. Breakfast spread was really nice – lots of options. Very clean and like new conditions. Good value for the cost.

Friendly staff and very clean. Is well located next to necessary amenities and things to see. Very lovely location. Only complaint is that there is no fridge in the rooms. Would have at least loved a ice dispenser on the floors to accommodate that.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, location was amazing. Room was very basic (though nicely finished), and there were renovations going on so the floor seemed like a bit of a building site at times. Seemed very expensive for what it was - but I guess that’s Edinburgh in July for you.

Hotel cutrently umder construction but did not hear any noise while staying there. Quiet, decent sized rooms. Located in a good part of town, a little off the very busy street but still within walking distance to most things. Nice added service of luggage starge for guests.

We had a wonderful stay. The area around the hotel couldn’t be more convenient, when you walk outside you’re right by so many beautiful sights like the Princes Street gardens & Ross fountain, Scott monument, as well as the National Galleries and Calton Hill. There’s tons of shopping on Princes St and the surrounding area, as well as restaurants and cafes, and a few grocery stores. The tram is only a few minutes walk if needed - it was super convenient to take the tram to and from the airport since it was so close, and Edinburgh Waverly is right by the hotel which is convenient for anyone vacationing and travelling via train. Everything else is only a short walk away, and it’s a walk you’ll enjoy since the sights are so beautiful. Even with being so close to so many things, it was quiet inside at night time and we got a great sleep. The only downside for us was not having a minifridge in the room, would love if that was added! We got amazing service from the employees while we were there who also arranged an early check in for us which we really appreciated.

Perfect Stay for Edinburgh!

This was a great weekend stay for me, just visiting Edinburgh for first time - centrally located to all the sights and restaurants. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful!
