Number one: Princes Suite Streets is a great location. It's located at the end of Waterloo street with easy access to busses and trams. Number two: Spacious two bedroom apartment with a dedicated living area, kitchen and dining table. The bedrooms were a nice size and laundry facilities! *Would have appreciated laundry pods! Number Three: The hotel overlooks Waverley Place Station - making it incredibly easy and efficient to see other parts of Scotland and England.

Unfortunately the lift broke on our last day and we were on the third floor however they sent up someone to carry my bags down at 5:30 AM on the day that we left. They provided excellent service and were very helpful answering any questions that we had. Charlie was the best!!!

​We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location is unbeatable—right next to Waverley Station and just a 5-minute walk to the Royal Mile. The staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming. ​The only drawback was a hole/opening in the bedroom wall. We specifically booked an apartment for bedroom privacy, so having that gap defeated the main purpose of choosing a separate bedroom layout. With that issue fixed, it would be an ideal stay!

Spacious comfortable apartment, located on lowest floor with windows facing the tracks and the back of the train station. Loud noises and announcements if leaving windows open. Tea/coffee, milk all available in apartment with bed linen and fresh towels. Friendly staff. Simple checkin. Luggage area to store bags if you arrive early. Located at the top of Princes street, stop 1 for all Hop on Hop off buses. Don't follow Google maps it brings you around and under the road to face up looking at the back of the accommodation. Would definitely recommend. Roof top area is lovely
