The property was centrally located, looked as in photos, had the basics and was comfortable. There were limited utensils and not enough kitchen equipment to make a meal but was fine for tea/coffee and toast. Although the alley was active the noise somehow wasn't enough to keep us awake. We would probably stay again.
The location made exploring Edinburgh very easy. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. Check in and communication were simple. This was perfect for holiday in Scotland!
The shower leaks abominably! Dishes are bare bones but the rest of the flat, particularly location, is great. One of the French press coffee pots was broken but there was a single cup as well and it worked.

Location could not have been better. Could not get ahold of the owner. TV remote needed batteries. Oven was unable to work. More information on how to use the oven. Besides that everything was wonderful
The apartment is located in a nice central area with easy access to the west end tram station. Felt safe in the surrounding areas. Unfortunately there was a strong sewer smell on the first floor which we did alert management to but it was not fixed. The freezer broke but they did address this. The mattresses is the front bedroom are noisy and terribly uncomfortable and the room is very loud and bright from outside lights. It needs room darkening window coverings if they expect people to sleep. The kitchen is bare bones so don’t expect to be able to cook much and it’s a tiny refrigerator. Overall I would not return.
It was a great stay. We loved the dual ensuites for our family and the loft family room was spacious. I wish we had time to cook. It was a well appointed kitchen.

The flat was very comfortable for our family of four, and exactly as described. Bedrooms on first floor, with beautiful and comfortable living area on top floor. Nice skylight windows. All amenities worked well. Entry was seamless. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location in new town, a couple blicks from Prince Street Garden, an a five minute walk from Sainsbury local grocery.

As others noted, smell in one bathrrom, florescent light from office building across street shining in bedroom all night, and terribly uncomfortable beds (could feel springs since no padding). During stay, three men were sent over, unannouced, to measure the beds. Not sure if they would have entered if we were not there but very disturbing to have 3 strangers knock on your door.
The flat was overall nice except for a few things. The shower temperature was very hot and we couldn’t get it to change. The extractor fan in the bathroom sounded so bad when we turned it on that we had to turn it off. The floorboards were warped in the bathroom. There were a few lightbulbs missing in the ceiling and some hanging out of the socket. Apart from this, we enjoyed our stay.

Cheap central great apartment near city centre
The apartment was very clean and tidy and located very near the city centre which was ideal.
Would definitely staying again although parties of less than 4 I would suggest asking plenty of questions before booking to avoid any misassumptions and addition charges.
