Eveey member of staff was unfailingly friendly and made every effort to help us enjoy our stay. We areived quite early, after check-in but the room wasn' t quite ready so we were offered complimentary drinks whilr we waited.

Loved the Hoxton. Decoration and ambience is great. Both restaurants in the hotel are very good. Location is very convenient. An easy walk (25 minutes) to Old Town and city center, as well as Deans Village. All the staff was super friendly and helpful; in particular April which help us to get connecting rooms while the checking in. Overall a great stay!

We booked The Hoxton as we had previously stayed at the one in Berlin. Our room was in the annexe which we were unaware existed and whilst it was really comfortable and very quiet you felt very detached from the hotel - in fact we never went back apart from to check out. I can't really comment on the staff as we never saw any apart from at check in where they were great. The bed was comfortable, the room is beautifully decorated but quite dark. The coffee in the room was not great but there are lots of coffee shops nearby. I seem to be forever suggesting hotels have some hooks in their rooms as there was nowhere to put your towel when it was wet apart from over the door! We really enjoyed our stay and found some great restaurants near by. Transport is excellent with trams and buses at the end of the road.

Great central location - most sights were about 10-20 min away walking. We booked a small room but the bed was comfortable, beautiful large window with a great view and lovely decor. The downstairs bar/lounge area was super comfy and the perfect spot to grab breakfast, a drink, dessert or play a board game. Highly recommend!

Loved this hotel! The location is just a block away from the HayMarket train station. The property is lovely, and the staff are very friendly. Our room was large and very comfortable. There is even a large selection of games in the lobby for the guests to use!

Loved the stay overall, although it was annoying that housekeeping wasn’t automatic and even though I asked for fresh towels on checking in I still had to chase these up. Beds super comfortable but the bunk beds could do with a handle to support climbing up the ladder. Staff were super friendly and bar and restaurant were great (those were the main reasons for booking the Hoxton). Would definitely recommend and stay again next time.
