We stayed here and used as our base for Kiltwalk2025. I have stayed here in 2023 and knew I’d be back again. Amazing room. Spot on. High ceilings and spacious rooms which we loved. Staff are lovely and full of knowledge. Beds are soooo comfy. Bathroom was huge. Will definitely be returning for a third time next time we are in Edinburgh!!

Fantastic spacious rooms that were spotless. Amazing bathrooms and great friendly staff. We did a booking confusion error to sort but Nikki was fantastic in accommodating our group and quicky resolved our issue professionally for us. Brilliant

Location. The bus stop into town was only 150 metres from the hotel. Numerous route options. Staff were very pleasant, offering help with luggage up the stairs. Novelty of naming rooms instead of numbering. The bathroom hot water took ages until warm enough.

Great stay in Edinburgh

Lovely small boutique hotel on a quiet street in Edinburgh. A little bit tough to maneuver the stairs if you're an older person but we managed. The large room that we were in was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had about the area. Overall a very positive experience.
