Location is unbeatable, the sunsets were breathtaking, and we had everything we needed to cook amazing dinners every night of our stay. This was a tough year for my family, we lost my dad in late October but had booked Tequila Sunset months prior to that. It turns out that instead of having a depressing Christmas missing my dad, we started a meaningful, intentional tradition based on presence and not presents. Thank you!!!!"

"Great house and location.very comfortable,loved porch and upStairs eating/living area..great fun on golf cart,but poor communication..took 2 days and several corespondences to get correct code for golf cart..never got the elevator to work despite several contacts with management company who seemed unconcerned that Im 73 and 2 weeks from total knee surgery and stairs were very difficult..no heat in downstairs bedroom..does have AC unit for warmer months..but upper 2 floors great..Ad pictures show bikes but they are not functional"

"Wasn't told about the construction next door until A few days before hand.. We go to Edisto for the peace and quiet of the island, to get away.. We had to leave the premises every day because of the loud construction literally feet away all DAY LONG EVERYDAY!!! Very disappointing I wasn't notified until A couple days before we left for our trip... All we heard from daylight until literally dark was sawing, hammering, equipment alarms, gas compressors running the works.. Its sad when we had to find things to do instead of trying to relax at our Place!!! Very disappointing They pulled A fast one over us for sure!!"

"We grew-up spending time on Edisto. So, for our visit this year, we wanted a house with traditional Edisto character but one that was clean and well kept. The Sandy Pineapple fits this description perfectly. The kitchen and living space are roomy with lots of seating. The front porch is perfection ! It offers magnificent views, ocean acoustics and has the perfect amount of seating . The bedrooms are so cute , beds comfy and lots of drawers and closet space . If you’re looking for an oceanfront , traditional Edisto gem, look no further !"
