About this space
This is a private one bedroom Basement suite. There are 7 stair down. NO WHEEL CHAIRS or WALKERS ACCEPTED.
There is an extra twin fold up cot and the sofa is a queen size hide-a-bed for extra guests. Also air mattresses. If there are any needs you required please do not hesitate to text message me and I will do my utmost to service your call. Photo I’d required.
The space
Keys and wifi are given to you once inside the suite. There is a lock on the entrance to the suite and you should lock it when you leave.
* There is not a working stove for cooking or baking only a toaster oven and two burner stove top. There is a microwave, small Hamilton grill, large grill and an electric frying pan you can roast in, a toaster plus coffee maker, tea pot and electric tea kettle. *.
Upon entering the back door please remove your shoes and carry them to a boot tray in your room.
Please wear a mask when arriving and wear it when others other than your immediate family are around.

A cat lives upstairs with me.
I will not enter your suite at any time unless there is an emergency. Thank you

There is bus service one block away. Parking free on the street.
Other things to note
Please no visitors or friends visiting unless you register them with me, no parties, no smoking or drugs.
Please do not use a wheel chair or walker inside the suite.
