Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Very poor experience. Booked the place a month before. Arrived to town the day of check in and didn’t have a message how to get it. Messaged host for arrival details while on route to VRBO. Host replied back stating the stay is cancelled due to renovations. They never cancelled the reservation. Never let me know it was cancelled. Didn’t apologize for the last minute scramble trying to find a place last minute with two infants. Worst experience I’ve had with accommodations for travel.
