Sub Penthouse suite over looking the legislature grounds in Beautiful Edmonton .
- This gorgeous suite is on the corner of 99 ave at the top of 105 street walking distance to the legislature grounds and farmers market in the summer months, ( Starts after May long week end). The building has a private gym for our clients and a bakery cafe which is used by the surrounding neighborhood, many locals frequent this location because of its beautiful outlook down the hill and across from a heritage park.
