Stayed here for one night in Van. Overall the hotel was good and the breakfast was basic but acceptable. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. However, if you are sensitive to airplane noise, be aware that you can hear planes throughout the night.

I would like to reiterate my request for a refund for the second night of the reservation, which was not used. The booking was made for my sister, her husband and daughter, and my brother-in-law’s brother. After checking in late the first evening, they found the conditions unacceptable and were told by the hotel staff—in their native language—that a refund would be possible through Expedia. They checked out immediately and I arranged and booked alternative accommodations for them in Atlanta via Expedia the very next day, which you can also verify under my account. As a loyal Expedia customer who relies on your service to help navigate unfamiliar destinations, I trust your recommendations when selecting accommodations. In this instance, the experience fell far short of expectations, and I believe it is reasonable to expect a refund for the unused portion of the stay—especially since your team has escalated concerns regarding service quality to the hotel. I kindly ask you to re-review this matter, and either escalate the case further or offer Expedia credit if a full refund is not possible at this time. I have consistently used Expedia for my travel needs and would like to continue doing so with confidence in your customer care. Thank you again for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your resolution.
