My only issue is that I was sick with the shingles when I arrived and needed to turn the heat up, but they have it locked and preset not to go over 76 which is ridiculous for how cold the climate is in Massachusetts. That made my shingles extra painful. The hotel staff did provide additional blankets but it’s not the same as the room being warm. I will stay again, during the summer months only."
