Very nice hotel on the lake front, would recommend a room with a lake view. We enjoyed the breakfast and the food and wine in the restaurant were very good. The hotel was very clean and everyone was very friendly. Our only suggestion for improvement would be some better lighting in the room as it was very difficult to get ready to go out in evening.

The room needed a little bit more lighting. Mood lighting was great, but functional lighting was missing. The staff could have been a bit more attentive. We were waiting for a very long time at the reception. The breakfast spread was just OK and not refilled promptly.

Hotel is located right on the lake, we stayed there for 3 nights ( family trip). The room decor is beauriful but very unusual. All walls, including ceiling are painted in black navy, extremely dark, walls have also some wood paneling, some mirrors, with very, very, very few lights. It was so dark, we kept bumping into walls and mirrors. Its a very theatrical decor, just not practical. Also, the grass, lawn, trees, shrubs were dried up, dying. I know Lucerne area has had little rain but landscaping is part of the hotel's appeal and sprinkler system should be installed. Dried up, yellow bushes, dried up yellow lawn, dying trees - it doesn't look very inviting.

Mooi modern hotel. Kamers zijn wel erg donker, en er is geen geschreven handleiding voor de bediening van alle apparatuur (inclusief verlichting) wat onhandig was. Grote parkeerplaats. Uiterst handig gelegen tov van de snelweg, maar toch stil. Mooi uitzicht over het meer, vanaf het dek. Prima restaurant.

Uitstekend ontbijt met veel keuze. Goede klimaatbeheersing/airco. De standaard kamer is aan de kleine kant, daarom hebben we een houten kofferstandaard onder het bureau gezet om de benen niet te stoten als je naar de wc gaat 's nachts.

Das Zimmer war eher klein, welches wir gebucht hatten, für eine Nacht super toll, mit Balkon auf die Strasse. Das Personal super freundlich, schon bei der Ankunft und auch für das Essen am Abend so tolle Bedienung! Frühstück top Auswahl und super lecker! Blick auf den See einfach wunderschön, würde sofort wieder dort buchen, vielleicht mal noch im Sommer, wenn man die schöne Terrasse draussen nützen könnte!

Sehr schönes Design! Die Zimmer sind hochwertig eingerichtet und mit Smart Home ausgestattet und bieten deshalb jeden Comfort. Als Paar auf der Durchreise hatten wir 1 Übernachtung gebucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist große Klasse , es fehlt an gar nichts und die Qualität ist sehr gut. Der Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf den See lädt zum verweilen ein. Kurz gesagt empfehlenswert.
