Luxurious 35m² Designer Studio (R-51-A)

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located 35m² designer studio in Eindhoven - close to everything you need! This accommodation is newly built in 2023. Featuring an open plan living / dinning area with a quality queen-bed, TV, AC, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, luxury bathroom with walkin shower and a washing machine / dryer. It easily accommodates up to 2 people and guarantees you a perfect stay!

You enter the building by using a key-code and then you have to go up 1 staircase to enter the apartment, as it is on the first floor.

After completing your booking we offer three optional services (subject to availability) that you can request via our online check-in link (to be received after booking confirmation):

Great place & location

The place had just about everything you could ask for in a great central downtown location. Most everything was within short walking distance. Checking in is a breeze once you figure out that you have to hit the arrow key after the numbers and listen for the lock to disengage. Since the AC, washer/dryer, microwave/oven, and stove top are modern, it would be helpful to have some instructions posted on how to operate them nearby (I could have missed them in the welcome binder but ended up just looking up manuals online). I'm a larger person and I was comfortable in the space; I would like to bring my wife and stay again (this trip was for business). The bed was comfy as well. Thank you for a great stay!
