"Terrible over all experience. It is impossible to get to this place without going thru military security because it is very close to the president palace. The place and the staff are very nice. But unfortunately the room was 20 minutes walk to the beach. We had to wait for golf cart to pick us up everytime we want to go somewhere. Uber driver not able to find the place. And when they find it. They have hard time getting in because the security. It is very unfortunate."

"Sea is a many colors of turquoise. Recommend the speed boat ride. Sand has some rubbish mixed in. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are clean."

"Pros: Staff is very friendly. Hotel is very clean - good hygiene standards. Beach and sea is beautiful. Animation team are great. Gym - not huge but has needed equipment with fantastic view. Areas for improvement: Rooms are dated - worth renovating and considering to split the family room bathroom into two bathrooms. Also changing the keys to access cards for multiple user access. Food variety & quality can be improved. Consideration for guests who are non-inclusive - provision for food / beverages on the beach - even if it is just waiters coming to take your order. Provide entertainment in English Revise opening & closing timings for gym - no opportunity to go to gym at night or early in the morning, Dinner can start earlier. 7.30 pm was too late."

"The resort is absolutely gorgeous. It’s a nice place to stay if you want to get away. Food was a hit or miss depending on what it was, but with a buffet you’ll always have options. The spa wasn’t as clean as I’d expect from a luxury resort. It wasn’t well maintained and the showers were a bit dirty at least on the women’s side. The beach is amazing and beautiful. You can hear through connecting rooms so be careful where you stay. That being said as positive as an experience as this was it’s still overpriced. They definitely take advantage of the fact that you’re in the middle of nowhere and there’s a bunch of ongoing construction around the resort. Unless you’re there with your own car you will be stuck there. The limousine service is 4x the normal price so don’t pay for it. I wish there was more places to go and things to do around the area but maybe in the future."

"Such a lovely boutique hotel in a development that will hopefully look amazing once it is finished. The rooms were cozy and nicely decorated in a relaxed beach vibe. Poolside restaurant served great food and coffee. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend it."

"Everything was above and beyond wonderful! The hotel is beautiful and brand new. The staff is very welcoming and took care of us like family. They fulfilled every wish we had from special breakfast menus to fresh squeezed juices on the beach - special thanks to Nour. Everything was way beyond our expectations and can’t wait to be back!"
