"Everything was super. Carlos and Marta were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. The shower was great. The mattress was firm and very comfortable. I give my stay an 11 out of 10. Thanks to the hosts. "
"Hotel is very good. Well located and very reasonably priced. However, might not be appropriate for people with claustrophobic issues or just not used to the lack of ventilation. Must rooms have not windows or even natural light. Other than that the hotel is excellent value for money"

I’ve traveled all over the world, and every time I visit San Luis Potosí, this is my top choice. The place is stunning and full of history—truly one of a kind. The staff is exceptional: attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Great food is just a short walk away, and the VIP parking service makes everything effortless. Just pull up to the front, and they take care of the rest. The interior of the hotel is breathtaking, and the overall experience is consistently outstanding."
"Hay mas personal de recepcion de dia que de noche, por lo que si varias personas se acumulan en el lobby puede ser un poco lento el check in, sin embargo como yo no contaba con prisa no lo encontre inconveniente."

"The most exceptional hotel experience! This hotel doesn’t disappoint! Super clean hotel rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was welcoming and friendly. There are several eating options nearby within walking distance. And my son loved the indoor pool with its warm inviting water. We’ve stayed at several hotels in the past during our travels to visit family, and this is by far the best hotel in San Luis Potosí.

"Traveled to this area for my son’s wedding. Its was a great experience. The staff was so nice and helpful. Especially the gentleman at the front desk, doorman/valet and the wait staff. Would definitely recommend staying here. Very clean and always felt safe. "
