"The place was not ideal because of the on going construction but the way the staff took care of us was amazing. They went out of their ways to accommodate our needs. I noticed this because there was cancellation of the tour we joined. would have been out of the hotel all day having fun exploring the place and only needed a safe place to sleep. I don’t care about gym, pool, etc. I went to el Nido to check the place not to enjoy the hotel . Spend your money checking the area and get a safe cheaper...

"I booked 7 standard triple rooms for two with two separate beds yet you gave only 6 rooms rooms with only one bed. I send an email to clear about it because my payment is too much for what was given for accommodation but no response.
The website cover for the resort is deceiving showing the picture of the beach claiming its near the beach front but the real location is very far with narrow and muddy alley.
The breakfast they serve is only bead and egg which when you are booking saying...

"very clean room, location was great, walking distance to the best beach in elnido "nacpan beach" breakfast was simple but very good and dining in the garden was a great touch!Magnus, Ran and Francis are super friendly,attentive and helpful!! Will definitely comeback!
