★⛱ ★ Got Beachfront? Condo with Pool&Jacuzzi

It doesn´t get any closer to Playa Los Cerritos! Our condo is a spacious suite with a beachfront terrace to check out the surf or enjoy one of the most beautiful sunset in Baja.

The space has everything you need to live on the beach: - A master bedroom and two bathrooms. - One King size bed for your comfort. - A couch in the living room for the little one or the thrifty friend that you love. - A Kitchen to prepare the catch of the day. There are also 2ACs (in the living room and the bedroom)

The apartment is at Cerritos Beach, on the second floor of a 3 story building.
The bedroom has a California King Size Bed with his own private full bathroom and air conditioning. The living room has also air conditioning and another full bathroom and a pull out sofa that sleeps 2 persons. For the more adventurous, there is a comfy day bed on the terrace that can sleep an extra person (or the mattress can be taken inside as well).
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, coffee maker, blender, gas stove and an oven.

The apartment has access to WIFI.
We have a common pool&big jacuzzi at the complex.
Also there is a rustic outdoor shower close to the pool that you can use.

You will receive a canva file with information and advice on the area (Wifi password, grocery shopping, activities, restaurants, emergency telephone numbers etc...).

PLEASE NOTE:
(1) We highly recommended that guests get trip insurance for their trip. We do not give refunds for weather-related cancellations or illness/ injury related cancellations unless they fall without the cancellation timelines. Trip insurance is available via many providers for little money.

(2)We are pet friendly! But please note that there is a non-refundable pet fee per pet. You MUST add all pets to the reservation before booking and the pet fee is added to the reservation. If you have more than 2 pets please contact us BEFORE booking.

(3) there is AC in the bedroom and living room

(4) Baja´s hot and rainy season is from July to mid October and in September a lot of restaurants shut down for holidays.
