"Accessible from the train station and very close to hop on hop off bus. Comfortable bed and cool room setup."

"Pro: 10 minutes away from airport, free shuttle bus every 20 minutes. Breakfast was great. Con: Room is not sound block. Still hearing pounding, door slamming, water running after midnight and early morning. Shower door didn’t close well, no edge at shower stall, water didn’t drain well and water running out in bathroom."

"Maybe it's just me but some of the staff weren't very pleasant at times. Everyone has an off day and that's to be expected but some were a little rude at times, for example when the front door didn't open despite my card reading ok and i was told to not touch the door. Nice breakfast provision with a great team in the restaurant, very pleasant and helpful. Let down by the lack of bag storage provision after check out with the only offering being lockers as a extra paid option that were either full or not working when needed and you have to pay for each item per locker..... . Generally and overall though it's a great hotel, primarily for the location on las Ramblas."

"Location. One block from La Sagrada Familia and the top bar view excellent, but the rooms are not as expected. The remote control was not working and there is not staff at night to resolve issues, our coffee machine was not working neither so we were not able to used until next day. I have to call for extra towels and when we came back late afternoon our rooms was not fixed. Very basic services for the rate. Also Experian charge us more money for same room same dates on their website and I was told I was going to have a match of price and that did not happen."
