"The hotel is a close distance to alot of good restaurants. The staff are very helpful. They change your towels everyday, but not the bed sheets. The bathroom had mold which I believe is due to the hot climate and little ventilation."

"The good - the property has beautiful lawn and a nice pool. Staff was helpful. They have a free shuttle that takes you about a kilometer and drops you close to Central Park. Breakfast was good. The bad - the building is pretty run down. The toilet was very dirty and we had to request room change. In new room bathroom got clogged and had yellow water. They tried and somewhat fixed it, but I think they have old plumbing issue. They charge cars about $3 for parking. It can be validated for taxis dropping and picking you. But not all taxis know it and it creates confusion with taxis refusing to come to the premises."

"Great hotel. Very clean room very cute property. Rooftop terrace where you get phenomenal volcano views. Within walking distance of the downtown of the volcano I stayed in room 3 only flaw is that the hotel is on a main road and can be noisy otherwise 10 out of 10"
