Odanın kalın perdeleri korniş yerinden çıktığı için düzgün durmuyordu. Kahvaltıda peynirler kurumuştu. Restoranda neden sürekli aynı kanal açık daha herkese hitap edecek bir kanal olmalı. Orada da maç izleme yani. ayrıca anakapı kapalı ve yandaki acil kapısından giriş çıkış yapıyoruz. Neden?

Konaklama Deneyimimiz Maalesef Beklentilerin Çok Altında Kaldı DoubleTree by Hilton Elazığ’da gerçekleştirdiğimiz konaklamada köklü bir markadan beklenmeyecek ölçüde olumsuzluk yaşadık. • Kahvaltıda bozuk ürünler ve kalitesiz içeriklerle karşılaştık. • Hijyen standartlarının düşük olması, çalışanların görev sırasında sigara içmesi ve koridorlarda yoğun sigara kokusu oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. • Odamızdaki klima çalışmıyordu, spor salonu kapalıydı. • Ses yalıtımı yetersizdi, odalarda konfor sağlanamadı. Hilton gibi global ölçekte bir markadan kalite, hijyen ve hizmet noktasında çok daha yüksek standartlar beklerdik. Ancak yaşadığımız deneyim maalesef tam tersi oldu. Bu durumun, markanızın prestijiyle örtüşmediğini özellikle vurgulamak isteriz. Yaşadığımız bu olumsuzlukların dikkate alınmasını ve misafir memnuniyetine yakışır şekilde bizimle iletişime geçilmesini bekliyoruz.

Konaklama açısından sıkıntımız olmadı. Temizlik ve kahvaltı güzeldi. Kapalı otopark olması iyi. Fakat Otoparkta sıkıntı yaşadık. 3 arkadaş Motorsikletlerle gelmiştik. Alt kattan çıkarken Otopark zeminini sabunlu suyla yıkamışlar ve o haliyle bırakılmış. Hiç bir uyarı tabelası yok. Motorla geçerken 2 arkadaş kayarak düştük. Motorlarda ufak tefek hasarlar oldu ve arkadaşın bacağı darbe aldı. Çok Sorumsuzca bir davranış maalesef.

Eski carsinin merkezinde ancak park icin yardimci olunuyor. Cok trafik olmasina ragmen sıkıntı yasamadik. Ozel oda istegim tadilat nedeniyle karsilanamadi ancak yardimci olmaya calisildi. Nazikce odaya kahvalti ikram edlebilecegi soylendi. Eksik gordugum, Ramazan ayi da olsa, kahvaltiya dikkat edilmeli. Hemen hersey bayat gorunuyordu, kahve makinasi calismiyor, yeterli personel ve hizmet yok. Cesitli sebeplerle oruc tutamayanlar, dogru bir kahvalti hak ediyor. En azindan ekmek taze olmali ki, omletle yiyebilelim😒
