"If there were better directions about how to use the TV & DVD player maintenance wouldn’t have had to come up to our room twice. Should’ve had ice in ice trays & fridge was too cold & ruined our grapes. $30 a day parking was excessive. Pulling up to entrance, being in a line & not sure if we’re supposed to wait there, meanwhile cars would pull up next to our line & disembark was confusing. Turned out cars in front of us were empty & we could just leave our car. There was no staff to inform or help. I assume the hotel is short staffed. But the room, beds & staff were really nice & we even had a partial view of the lake that was very much appreciated!"

The Americana Village

"The swimming pool was small & always full of people & children, not enough room for most of the people that stayed at the village. Fold out couch was not very comfortable to sleep on. A little bit farther from the lake then we thought. Room was very clean. Service was excellent, the staff was very friendly & very efficient & helpful. If we needed anything they got it for us “right away”. The breakfast was good & healthy, but not a lot to choose from. For the most part we enjoyed our stay."

"Front desk was super helpful and nice! Rooms were clean and super close to many restaurants, casinos, and shops. There was an issue with one of the showers but was fixed within a few hours. The staff at breakfast were rude when my family and I arrived to have breakfast the next day. They took issue that the front desk gave us one card for 8 people for breakfast instead of two."
