"The staff is friendly and accommodating. We loved some of the cool historic decorative touches like the old mail slots in the lobby. Our room was clean and smelled like fresh linen. Tons of walking trails, funky shops and great restaurants close by. We really enjoyed our stay and have plans to return."

"Charming well run inn. Staff was wonderful and everything we had from Champneys was delicious. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. My only small "complaint" is that the dining room was overly bright. Putting some of the lights on dimmers would make the entire experience nicer and more cozy, Bar area was perfect and they make good drinks too!"
