"Booked this hotel very last minute for our family stay in Manchester, we was so impressed! Beds were super comfortable, rooms immaculately clean and modern. Staff very friendly and welcoming and lobby area and bar was also nice! Would stay again next time we visit Manchester "
"Overall, it was all great! The staff were very friendly and the room was very spacious. It is exactly as it looks in the pictures, actually, it was bigger than I was expecting. The bed was clean, the carpets mostly except for small areas like beside the headboard and the bedside table - I didn't mind. The bathroom was spotless. The breakfast food was pretty good too - although I recommend deciding if you're going to purchase breakfast the day before, as the price increases if you want breakfast on the day and haven't paid for it. When I checked in, I connected to the free Wi-Fi, and it was working fine. However, the next day, it kept disconnecting. I would reconnect, and it would last a few minutes before not working again (this might have just been an issue with my phone)."
