"The room was clean and wellcoming tea/coffee everything we needed - it was a public holiday so nothing was open not even reception/restaurant - we were in a room with a corridor at the back and 12pm at night a group of young lads ran amoke for several hours - I went into their rooms twice to no avail - for these reasons would not stay again"

"The hosts were welcoming, friendly but not obtrusive and the welcome hamper was a much appreciated touch. The indoor space worked perfectly for us, our 3 adult kids and their partners. It had everything we needed and the design was ideal for us. The outdoor space is fantastic with well thought out landscaping and plenty of activities. The hammocks were well used by all!!The location was also ideal being close to town and beaches but still secluded. The whole experience allowed us to totally relax and spend some quality family time without being on top of each other. "

"Amenities were great, location is fantastic especially the fact it is walking distance from the beach. Rooms and living spaces were tidy upon arrival. Instructions were detailed on how to enter the house and turn on power, water, etc. Really enjoyed our stay overall "

"Overall the property was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. It was very central to the Margaret River area. The ambience of the properly was very calm and restful and the owner made us feel very welcome with extra touches such as the day bed, access to Netflix etc, book regarding the area and property. Her communication and follow up emails were very good. There was a small issue at check in as the internet access is limited and the code for the property was in my emails and on the stayz app and I did not have access to these when we arrived and we had to drive back to an area where we had internet access to get the code to get into the locked box. Perhaps the owner could warn future renters of this prior to getting to the property to avoid this issue. Regarding accuracy on the stayz app was good however a small issue with additional people charge was not fully disclosed from the outset which initially posed a problem however the owner was as very accommodating and acknowledged the issue and did not charge the extra charge due to non disclosure. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

He enjoyed so many walks and plenty of beach time! We loved spending time relaxing at the villa which had everything we needed amongst gorgeous gardens and tall trees"
