Each evening, the sunset paints a new scene across the mountains, creating an unforgettable backdrop. Whether you’re soaking in the hot tub, relaxing on the screened porch’s swing bed overlooking the mountains, or unwinding in a rocking chair on the front porch, you’ll feel connected to nature. As a final touch of mountain magic, the local deer like to stop by each day, grazing just outside the cabin's windows.

Fawnwood is incredibly versatile and thoughtfully designed for all ages, offering a stunning mountain view and plenty of space for multi-family vacations, larger groups, or friends gathering —yet it still feels perfectly cozy for a couple’s or even solo getaway. With three spacious floors, there’s plenty of room to come together or enjoy privacy when needed. Each floor offers its own seclusion, along with flexible living areas, comfortable layouts, and inviting mountain charm, the cabin naturally adapts to any type of stay you have in mind.

HOT TUB

Bedrooms:
Sleeps 9 comfortably with sleeping quarters and full bathrooms on each floor, offering space and privacy for everyone.

Living Room:
Cozy up around the wood-burning fireplace, open to the kitchen, dining room, grilling deck and large screened in porch. There is a spot for everyone.

Loft Lounge:
Featuring a huge swing with soft seating to take in the mountainous view. The cozy vibe creates a space for both kids and adults to enjoy quiet time or lounge around.

Screened Porch:
Enjoy dining, lounging or even sleeping on the screened porch, which offers the best of being in the tree tops and the mountains. With a year-round mountain view, you can watch deer as they quietly approach, drawn to graze near the cabin.

Basement: The lower level is designed for fun, packed with games and entertainment to keep the young (and young at heart) occupied.

Sleeping Quarters:
• Primary Bedroom (Main Level – Private)
Features a KING-size bed, dresser, closet, 43" TV, and direct access to a full bathroom.

• Secondary Bedroom (Upper Level – Private)
Located upstairs beside the loft with a QUEEN-size bed, closet, 43" TV, and access to a full bathroom.

-LOFT (Open Concept)

• Terrace-Level Bunkroom (Open Concept with Door at Stairs)
An open, family-friendly space featuring a TWIN-over-KING bunk bed plus a trundle, along with a 50" TV, arcade games, puzzles, chalk wall, art nook, hot tub access, and more—perfect for an entire family, all the kids, or a group of friends.

1GB High speed internet throughout the house

Two lakes, trails, tennis/pickle ball courts and the pool are a half mile, 12 minute walk from the cabin. You cannot hear any pool noise from the cabin.

House Rules:
• NO SMOKING on the property
• NO Illegal substances or activities are allowed.
• No parties or events are allowed without prior permission.
