Really nice hotel in every single way! Everything felt newly renovated, they had a 24/7 reception, four charging boxes for electric cars in the garage (25 euro/night including electricity), a good breakfast buffet, clean room with a good shower.

Good location

Staff were all very pleasant. The room was basic, but clean and had most facilities. The shower room was very good. The location was just a short walk from the centre of town.

Very smart hotel which had obviously been recently renovated. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast good and parking available but for a fee. Walking distance to the train station and convenient for driving. Cleaning very good also, however the rooms had no air conditioning.

Nice hotel, some minor points

Very well situated hotel, walking distance from city centre. Nice breakfast, clean rooms. Recommendation: Instead of placing stickers for not slamming doors, pleas adjust the doors not to slam! Internet connection not stable. Additional 10€/day for parking is not appreciated. No restaurant. Still a place to come back to.

Great stay on the whole!

Great service only minor points were the sheets felt a bit scratchy and they only had one ironing board and it would be fab to have a small coffee set up in the room but they did provide water in a large bottle and I got a free coffee at reception when I left as I had missed breakfast. Would recommend. Very quiet and clean. I slept very well - bar the scratchy sheets (but very clean!).

Highly recommended hotel

The location is greit. A few 8 minutes walk to small restaurants and train station to Hamburg which is about 30 mins. Many available parking space outside the hotel in addition to the basement. Buffet breakfast is very okay. Rooms are still new and quiet. I did not like the soap container in the bathroom. Very hard to press to get some soap out especially when only half full.

Sometimes the door doesnt lock properly and you have to close the door with force. This makes a lot of noise. For parking an additional 9.90 per day is charged, as well as 50 euro for the parking card which will be refunded when the card is returned. Why cant this be added to the card for opening the room? Personel is very friendly, and speaks both German and English

the stay was for business purposes. pros: Parking lot outside and 24 hours checkin cons: very bad customer service, they never answer the phone, they refused to reimburse our second reservation. we explained that our customer changed our meeting date and they refused to change or reimburse the second night. I will never comeback to this Hotel.

Lite silverfiskar och lite problem med avloppslukt. Verkar vara dålig andning i rören då man kan höra att det suger luft när våningarna ovanför spolar. Men i övrigt var rummet rent å snyggt. Personalen är trevlig och frukosten bra, saknar dock bacon. Har bra parkering under hotellet och några platser för större bilar utanför. Kort promenad till city centrum. Allround bra hotell.
