"We arrived late from an International flight only to find out they were overbooked. They had sent me an email informing us that they booked a room at another hotel for us. I hadn't seen it. We then had to find the new hotel and check in, which by then was much later. We also lost out on the breakfast that was supposed to be included. "

"At Home2Suites, the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, it is a good place to stay overnight."

"I have stayed here three times over the years and will definitely return when in the area. Though rooms are outdated they are comfortable and the property is close to everything (supermarket, Spa, restaurants in Western Center, as well as other conveniences) within walking distance or via free shuttle (mornings-7pm). The A Suites have more amenities & space and are more practical for those who want to cook/heat/prepare meals and offer brighter spaces and my personal preference. The larger buildings pool areas feel more congested during busy seasons, so I would definitely opt for the smaller buildings which despite filling up feel a but more intimate/quieter. All offer daily activities. Good overall value if you are patient and flexible with dates."

"Everything was ok"

"My stay at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center was amazing—I didn’t have a single complaint. Everything we needed was available right there. When we told the front desk we were from out of town, they were very helpful and showed us a map with all the nearby spots to check out. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a jacuzzi, a private balcony with two entrances, and a spacious bathroom. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I also loved having a full kitchen, which made it easy to cook whatever we wanted. The pool stayed open until 10, and the hot tub was perfect for just sitting back and really enjoying a relaxing vacation. What stood out the most was how peaceful it was—they didn’t bother you at all, and you could truly unwind. The only downside is that you really need a car, because Ubers can get pretty expensive. Other than that, it was an amazing experience. I would definitely come back again and will be recommending this place to all my friends."

"The toilet was leaking a lot and wet the carpet and they send somebody to fix it and wasn’t fix. They have to send somebody else. But they never offer anything to remediate the situation "
