"Great location. Perfect for visiting Cleveland Clinic. Buffett breakfast had everything and good quality. The Buffett staff was very friendly and kept replenishing everything in a timely manner. Everything super clean. Efficient system. The hotel staff friendly, accomodating, efficient front desk and housekeeping. They have special prices for people visiting the Cleveland Clinic. It has a shuttle to the Clinic, the mall and supermarket. The apt. layout convenient plus 2 TVs! We are pleased to recommend this place for any occasion."

"Our room was immaculate, and the staff was both helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great range of choices — from fresh fruits and cereals to waffles, hot items, pastries, and scones. Although we did have to park, there appeared to be ample parking available, which made things convenient. The area surrounding the hotel was extremely pleasant and added to the overall wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again."

"Most of staff was rude besides a few maybe two people that was kind and courteous everyone else barely comprehend English and spoke with a really bad attitude when you ask them anything as if they was on the fence or ready to be confrontational pool was closed they originally said that we can use a sister property hotel pool and then once we arrived they said that we would have to purchase a day pass which would not be provided by the hotel at that point you're not doing anything for the guess whatsoever as far as a pool or any amenities are provided if I have to purchase a day pass for another hotel no sense whatsoever that the biggest problem with this hotel and what they will not tell you but I urge you to call in advance to find out for yourself is parking is a nightmare if you get there after 7:00 or 8:00 p.m. there is no parking whatsoever we stood 4 nights at this hotel and we had to get creative wood parking such as parking on the grass or parking at the parking lot entrance which is not permitted for parking or parking along a curb which is not a parking front desk is so familiar with this scenario that they actually come out and help you where to park management can care less there is definitely a safety parking issue at this property would not stay again based on that issue location is not great either not much around but parking is the deal breaker I would have to get up at 5:00 or 6:00 in the morning every morning for four nights in order to grab a parking "
